Sevenoaks District Council

An interesting site with a long history of different unauthorised uses on the land that had to be unpicked and a strategy put in place for dealing with the planning issues and threatened action by the Council’s Enforcement Department.

The wider site had been the subject of 37 enforcement cases on the site in total between 1991 and 2022.

Three different certificate applications were submitted and granted including this, are for caravans on site.
