Rural Business Expansion in AONB

We have successfully secured planning permission for an extension to a production building for WOW Saddles, located a rural area in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The business needed to extend their production building in order to cope with the increasing demand for their product. The existing workshop required the extension to incorporate a new storage area next to one of the workshops, specifically for the materials and parts of their popular product. An earlier application secured planning permission for an indoor riding school.
