Appeal Success

We are delighted to announce the RPP has won a planning inquiry which secured immunity from enforcement of a modest dwelling located next to a listed cottage within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty outside the village confines. The same appeal successfully obtained planning permission for the access road, parking, and garden. The application raised a number of complex issues which were successfully dealt with by the RPP team and Alex Greaves of FTB Chambers.

The case highlights the importance of seeking professional, knowledgeable advice when submitting an application for a Lawful Development Certificate. The appeal also demonstrated the importance of getting professional assistance when responding to a Planning Contravention Notice, or indeed any form of enforcement action.
