After protracted correspondence with the Planning Officer and copious amounts of evidence submitted for this case the council accepted that the use was lawful and issued the certificate. What started out as a straightforward case was made overly complicated by the council who initially wanted to refuse this, but we managed to turn this around through our expertise and perseverance.
