Certificate of Lawfulness Granted

We are pleased to have secured a lawful development certificate for our client by clearly demonstrating that his site has been used for industrial – rather than agricultural – purposes for more than 10 years. This means the site is now defined in planning terms as brownfield land which has an important bearing on how any future development of the site will be assessed.
