We are pleased to have been able to secure a planning permission for substantial works and improvements to a pair of farm-workers cottages in Matfield, Kent. Working alongside the owner’s own architect and project manager, we successfully guided the application through the planning process. It was important for permission to be granted quickly and without any onerous, pre-commencement planning conditions, to enable work to start this summer. Our careful, positive engagement with the council meant this happened and works can now start to bring two much needed homes back into use and to a very high, modern standard.
