Permission granted to station existing timber field shelters over the winter allowing extra dry storage space

Local Planning Authority
This application was made on behalf of our clients for the formation of two new concrete pads to station existing timber field shelters over the winter allowing extra dry storage space.

This will complement the existing private equestrian facilities situated on site.

The site is located on the north side of a village and is within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Our team were able to demonstrate that the local Core Strategy plan was supportive of rural business, tourism and recreational uses on the basis they meet the overarching policy relating to conservation of the countryside and are compatible with the rural character of the area.
