We are pleased to secure full planning permission for the change of use of an existing agricultural building to a four bedroom house in Brookland, Romney Marsh.

The Rural Planning Practice secured an earlier Class Q approval to support the principle of the development proposals under the full application, often called a ‘Class Q Fallback’. The full planning permission offers the client more flexibility regarding the implementation of the development. Detailed design work was undertaken to maintain the agricultural appearance of the building whilst providing high quality living accommodation and the design includes integrated habitats for bats and owls.
