Certificate of Existing Lawful Use or Development

We have successfully applied a lawful development certificate (a CLEUD) covering a number of developments on the site including the construction of a horse walker, replacement of a mobile home with a dwelling, and the construction of a sand school. We were able to demonstrate that the development subject of this application was substantially completed well before 25th April 2024. The evidence presented to the planning authority, which included a precise and unambiguous statutory declaration and accompanying exhibit documents, was clear and unequivocal, leaving the Local Authority no grounds to refuse to grant the granted.
