Application Granted for Prior Approval under Class ZA

This application was made on behalf of our client for prior notification of demolition of the existing building and replacement with a single building comprising of a purpose-built detached dwellinghouse.

The proposal was a new house completely within the footprint of the old building. In our planning statement, our team was able to show that the information provided was satisfactory in complying with the requirements and conditions for Class ZA.

The local authority granted this prior approval application.
