Appeal Allowed for partly constructed house in Ancient Woodland, and National Landscape in Sevenoaks District Council. The site is also within the Metropolitan Green Belt.

This was a complex case with a problematic planning history. Much of the detail concerned the interpretation of documents from the 1990s – both how they were interpreted at the time and how they could be reasonably interpreted today.

We were delighted to be working as a team with Landscape Architect Nick Harper, Forester Jon Heuch, and Alex Greaves of FTB Chambers.
