This was a two-stage approach on a 12 acre site in Gloucestershire. The first application changed the use of the land from agricultural to a mixed agricultural/equestrian use. This was followed by an application for a barn, associated hard standing and access track.

Working throughout the process with the ecologist and the applicant, we were able to present a suitable Biodiversity Net Gain plan that was straightforward for the applicant to deliver.
