Date

Local Planning Authority
Sevenoaks District Council

This application required negotiations with the council on the size and form of the replacement dwelling to ensure they were happy that it was in accordance with strict Green Belt policies. Whilst satisfying the council we were also able to ensure that the clients had a workable scheme with an increasing living space. There was also a Grade II listed building adjacent to the site the setting of which also had to be considered.
