Lawful Development Certificate Granted for Tourist Accommodation

Our team submitted a Lawful Development Certificate (existing) to show that the client had been using the garage for ancillary accommodation and tourists.

The client owns a successful luxury holiday rental business. There was original permission for a garage, however, as it was used for accommodation the client wanted to regularise the situation.

Our team was able to show that the ‘Garage’ had been used as ancillary accommodation and tourist accommodation by providing evidence and a statutory declaration.

The council approved the certificate.
