Extension to Home Office in the Greenbelt

The Rural Planning Practice were instructed by a client to achieve permission for the extension and alternation of a home officer in their garden. The main issue was the fact that the site was within the Green Belt. Following discussions with the case officer and a number of size revisions we were able to achieve a successful outcome for our client.
