Equestrian Change of Use in the Cotswold AONB

We have recently obtained planning permission for the change of use of an agricultural building to private equestrian use and installation of a horse walker, at a property near Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The site lies within the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), next to a Scheduled Monument and has several public rights of way running across it. However, careful and sympathetic landscaping and minimal changes to the external appearance of the barn meant that the change of use was acceptable in terms of conserving and enhancing the AONB.
