Application Granted for the Stationing of a Converted Horse Transport as Tourist Accommodation

The client had successfully run a holiday let under the 28-day rule but wished to extend the period for longer. This meant having to apply to the LPA and dealing with all the red tape. The council wanted an Ecological Survey to assess the bats foraging over the site from the adjacent Ancient Woodland.
