The client had successfully run a holiday let under the 28-day rule but wished to extend the period for longer. This meant having to apply to the LPA and dealing with all the red tape. The council wanted an Ecological Survey to assess the bats foraging over the site from the adjacent Ancient Woodland.

Our team successfully presented an argument and information in order to avoid having to do this – saving our client a considerable sum of money.

The council approved the application.
