Removal of Agricultural Occupancy Conditions

The Rural Planning Practice has recently achieved consent for the removal of two agricultural occupancy conditions (AOC) for two houses in Kent.

In both cases the occupiers had been living in breach of the condition for over 10 years and it was proven that the condition had outlived its usefulness.

Having a property with an agricultural occupancy condition attached can significantly reduce its value on the open market.
