Case Study

Removal of Agricultural Occupancy Condition

Planning

Residential

Date
13th December 2022
Local Planning Authority
Tunbridge Wells Borough Council

We were able to demonstrate that a condition attached to the construction of an agricultural worker’s dwelling served no practical planning purpose and had outlived its usefulness.

Also, the condition had not been complied with for a number of years and we were able to produce evidence to support this.

The Council approved the application, and the condition was removed.
