Appealed Allowed for a Single Detached Dwelling in a Conservation Area

Following the refusal of the previous application, our team submitted an appeal.

Our team argued that this development has been designed to conserve and enhance the conservation area, landscape character and considers any impact on the nearby listed buildings.

The appeal was allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of a single detached dwelling and double garage with associated landscaping.
